The home where four university of Idaho students were murdered was demolished yesterday. The home had been guarded by security since November of 2022.

This is moving week for Jefferson elementary in Jerome. The school is moving everything to
the new Frontier elementary where students will be when they return to school on January 8th. The move will make it possible for Jefferson to be remodeled.

Idaho governor Brad Little said he was excited to see that the state ranks first for income growth and fifth for household income in all 50 states. The median household income was $70,214, increasing by $9,153.
The annual tradition of the Sugar Beet Drop is set for another year in Rupert. The large beet with hundreds of lights will drop from a 150 foot crane in the square 60 seconds to midnight. The festivities will also include free ice skating, performances from local entertainers, and a fireworks show.
